My ex wife arrived in Nov 2007 on cr-1 visa. We hit rough patch and divorced in late 08. We have since reconciled and have gotten back together but not getting married. Is here green card still valid along with social security number so she can live and work here in U.S. If so how long? I believe it is till Nov 2009 but would appreciate if anyone knows more.

Her SSN doesn't have anything to do with her status. Her GC/ status as a LPR is what affects her ability to legitimately work. Her GC is valid as long as stated on the GC. If It expires in November 2009 and you haven't remarried, she would need to file to lift conditions herself and you cannot jointly file, as per this memo:

Make sure she files in good time.
