Hello!

My husband and I live together at his father’s house. This is our mailing address. But both of us are not on a lease for that house, we don’t own it, my husband pays rent to his father in cash.

There is no way to tell father that we got married and we need to get some kind of a document for that house from him. My husband is on the last year of University and we can’t really afford to move out.

I’m filing my petition for the Alien Card right now. Is that going to be a big problem for us?

I’m sending a lot of papers like Tax Back forms, bank statements, gym memberships, cell-phone bills that we receive on this exact address. Thinking may be that could help us out.
