Well there you go! Your wife filled out an I 864 and did not send in the required documents. You can't send in a I-864 without the adjoining documents they requested and then not expect to get an RFE!

Malianqueen, I HIGHLY suggest reading the guides for the I-864 on here or on the USCIS website before asking any more questions or sending anything in.

What are you talking about Steph0814? I read the instructions, but I don't see any problem asking questions, that's why visajourney is here, sorry

Mrgeryy: There were 2 I864. 1 for my wife without any tax info except w2s since she did not do her taxes and I864 from my MIL with taxes iformations.

My wife and my MIL are my sponsors? since they both did an I864? she is the one with the income requirement.

Section 24 a/b in Form I-864: My wife put her income in her i864.

Section 24 a/b in Form I-864 : my MIL put hers in the second I864.

11/04/2008- Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

12/09/2008- EAD, AP Approved!

03/04/2009- INTERVIEW!! APPROVED! DIEU MERCI!!!!!!!! Received STAMP also

12/04/2010- Lifting of conditions- Approved

12/19/2011- N400 mailed

12/27/2011- Check cashed

03/12/2012- Interview Letter Received dated

04/17/2012- Naturalization Interview-PASSED

04/24/2012- Oath Ceremony!
