Hello guys,

If someone was supposed to remove conditions on a conditional green card and they did not because of divorce, can the person leave the United States one month before that green card actually expires with the hope of being able to enter the country? Is that possible? Can he/she be detained or not be allowed to enter the US?

If he/she comes back BEFORE green card expiration, maybe yes.

Will they let this person enter the country if ICE has in their system that there is a criminal case against the person in criminal court on felony charges? (violations of order of protection).

WHAT?

I don't know, but I hope they will.
