1971 Born W.E.L.G. (Certified copy of birth certificate).

1974 Became E.L.H, adopted step-father's surname and dropped first name. (No extant documentation, but passport was issued by U.K. authorities on my behalf to my mother in the name of E.L.H.)

1995 Married and became E.L.M. (Certified copy of marriage certificate).

1997 Divorced (Original decree absolute) and reverted to pre-marriage name. E.L.H. (Passport, driving licence etc. match).

Here's my question: since the fiancée visa asks for documentation to back up name changes and

a) I don't have (and can't get) documentation to cover the change from G to H when I was three years old;

b) I don't have any official documentation detailing my reversion to H from M when I divorced, save that all my official paperwork is in the name H;

is showing copies of passport, driving licence etc. enough to document the reversion of name after divorce? Or do I need to pay a lawyer to notarise a name change properly?

I do also have a Criminal Background Check notice (official document produced after the Police certify me as having no prior convictions that would render me unsafe to work with vulnerable adults or children) which is mandatory for my profession. It lists all names I have ever been known by: G, H and M. Would that help?

Advice much appreciated, as I don't want to set myself up for an RFE if I can help it. Many thanks!
