FYI to all- TBone and I have patched up our differences. I don't wish to single him out in a negative way by resurrecting the thread. I only wanted to highlight the issue.

For anyone that *does* think it was anything to do with anyone here on VJ, a reminder that VJ makes up a drop in the bucket of overall filers. If every VJ'er and their mother called the RFE line I doubt it would be even a tiny bump on the chart.

And if that doesn't convince ya, remember that it is USCIS that we're dealing with here. Anyone that thinks they're organized enough to adjust their customer service mechanisms to changing trends has obviously never actually dealt with USCIS. I suspect the reasons are far more mundane, such as somebody forgot to pay for the RFE line button.
