House of Representatives (finally) apologizes for slavery and Jim Crow

I can understand why the house of reps focused on apologizing since the United States of America does not have any other more pressing issues to worry about.

After all I am sure that the average African American living in poverty is more interested in hearing an apology rather than someone explaining why illegal immigrants have 11,000,000 jobs or why they are living in ghettos etc.

Bravo American House of representatives.
