Hi There,

I recieved NOA few months ago my name has been spelled wrongly, called the USCIS customer care for the correction and week later they sent me the notice saying get the infopass at the local office and change name in the system or you can wait until you get the interview call in near future to change at that time, then i decided i will change my name at the interview time but they approved my AOS yesterday witout any interview now i'm confused what to do with my name, even if i get the infopass now do you think it's going to work? i honestly believe i get my green card with error...help me please

Do the InfoPass thing - better safe than sorry!

Unfortunetally,there is no way except filing another application(i-90) and it also takes another waiting (wasting) processing time.we are all unexperienced in this country so make a lot of mistakes.You had better change ur name before.I am in same situation .

Hi buddy, thanks for the reply, i have a question for you, do you have any idea how long it's going to take for I-90?
