2007 health insurance cards, family plan

Accident insurance plan of my husband showing me as beneficiary

Pension plan of my husband showing me as beneficiary.

Life insurance plan of my husband showing me as beneficiary

Copy of our Drivers License showing both address

Copy of electric bill on his name

Copy of Direct TV bill on my name

Auto insurance coverage from 2006 to 2007

Copy of our Flexible Spending joint accounts

Affidavit from our landlord saying that we are renting his house and lot (we dont have a lease agreement)

Copy of the checks we issue to our landlord, some 2006 and some 2007 (as an evidence that he is our real landlord)

Tax return filed jointly 2006

W2, for both us 2006

Affidavit from just 1 friend, since we already have from our landlord

Copy of our bank statement, joint savings account

Copy of our bank statement, joint checking account

Copy of our Honda Civic title both our names

Copy of our car registration both our names

I sent out request for tax transcripts but i did not get any. that was 2 weeks ago. so i decided to send in tax return. i hope i am just fine.

please help me and let me know if i have enough evidence. thanks

It seems fine to me - how about other types of evidence? i.e. pictures, letters, cards addressed to you both? that kind of thing.

But you do show commingling of assets, and that's quite important. Good luck,L.

thank you len and bren for taking time to reply to my post. i will look for some old and new cards sent to us. and will also gather some good pictures. we did not travel this past years for money reasons so we dont have evidence for trips. we have pictures but mostly taken in our house only.

any of you knows if tax return with W2 is ok rather than tax transcripts? i will send my packet this week. thanks again.
