Consulate Review: London, United Kingdom
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description

Embassy Review : Consular was very quick with his questions. He was not rude, they will always look at you closely on how you respond to questions. He only asked me 3-4 questions and told me that he is happy with the paperwork and he will issue me the visa!

*The asian lady who u submit the forms to the first time you get called to a window was VERY VERY VERY RUDE!!!

It was just bad luck that their system went down right before I was meant to be called for my interview! In total I had to wait 4.5 hours! I went into the embassy with an appointment time of 8am, I did not leave until 12:30pm!

I will not give it a very bad waiting only because my interview was very easy!
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
