Comments : This was the worst experience ever. They requested a RFE in December, I sent it right away and received 2 notifications and even a letter stating that my information was received. I waited for 90 days and there was no even a single update on my case. After 90 days and visiting their offices, scalating the case to a Level 2 officer and nothing happened. After waiting almost 120 days, I received a letter that my EAD was denied due to never sending the RFE information requested. I called, sent letters to the Ombudsman, congresman, USCIS, etc. my options were to re-open my case and pay a fee of $700 dollars which was ridiculous since it was not my fault.
What I did was, I submitted my EAD application brand new with a expedite request due to USCIS Error. My EAD was issued in 30 days after that.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
