When I went to Secondary inspection, my fingerprints were taken using ink, and then the Immigration Officer just told me that the stamp in my passport validated the CR1 Visa so I could use it as ID, to get work etc while the Green Card was being mailed. After that, she just said "Any other questions?", and I was done!
