Comments : Wow! The interview went incredibly well and smooth. I was the happiest person on Earth that morning. A very nice man took care of us. When the words "Felicidades su Visa a sido Aprovada" came out of his mouth the joy just came out of me like never before. I was so excited that the officer smiled at my reaction. Thank you Lord was all I could say ... We got there at 7:00 in the morning. Was called to the first window at 8:00 am and by 9:00 am my fiance was out the door with an approved Visa. The only questions we were asked was if 1. If I had kids? Yes 2. If he had a child? Yes 3. Have the children met? No and the big one 4. How did we meet and what how did it lead to a relationship? Both said the same exact answer ... me in English and my fiance in Spanish. It was overall a great experience thank God! Wish you all the best of luck ... by the way they did not ask me for anything. Not even ID ... just the affadavit. And, ofcourse the necessary docs for my fiance. I took 35 pounds worth of proof of our relationship. Nothing was used. What the consul did read was the original letter of intent I had sent with my petition which was very very nice. <3

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
