Port of Entry Review
Event Date
Port of Entry : JFK
POE Date : 2015-08-14
Got EAD Stamp : Yes,Passport Stamp
Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 0
Comments : Arriving at JFK, we didn't know which line to go into. So we went into the US Citizens line with my fiance who is the US resident. The officer was very calm, too my finger prints and photo. Then asked us to follow him to another waiting area to be seen. We waited about 30minutes because the other officers were dealing with a few other people. When the lady came to our file, she reviewed it for about 5minutes before calling me up, and handing me back my passport. That was it! We were free to go and collect our baggage :) No issues.

It was a bit uncomfortable because we waited a while, but overall great,

Consulate Review: London, United Kingdom
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : July 14, 2015
Embassy Review : My experience was great overall. I was asked the below questions:
1. What does your fiance do for a living?
2. What is he studying to be?
3. Does he have any siblings?
4. How/where did you meet?
5. Is XXXXX his mothers name? (referring to our affidavit of support)

The she congratulated me and said my visa was approved!

Very simple, although I waited 2.5 hours.

Excellent!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
