Comments : As always Portland was a nice easy immigration experience with no harassment. In fact I think this was the fastest I've ever gotten through! The guy kept my envelope and said he would sort it later and there was no need for secondary processing.

Consulate Review: London, United Kingdom
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : August 27, 2014
Embassy Review : Very easy experience. I wasn't asked for copies of my documents and I was given my photo back after they had scanned it. At the interview the officer didn't even ask me my fiancées name! He just asked how we met, how I came to be at the wedding where we met, how many times we had seen each other and when I had decided to propose. At the end of the last answer he said ok your approved and it was as easy as that!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
