My POE was super easy! I flew with IcelandAir in from Sweden. I had taken out my brown envelope way before we landed so I was prepared. When we had walked through the long tunnel we found our way to customs. They were rebuilding it at the time and I was somewhat confused on where to go. There was an ESTA/USC line and one ESTA/VISA line that also went down to baggage claim so I was a little confused. But there was one lady putting up some bands that closed off certain areas so I asked her and she told me to just go down the escalator and proceed into the line and I should be taken from there.

I went down and the line was fairly long but it progressed fast. There was a lot of people before me and no one got denied entry so I would think it's an easy POE. There was several officers directing people onto other officers sitting behind booths. I got a nice friendly man directing me into an older man who was Asian, I believe he was a new employee. I walked straight up to him when it was my turn and said "I am entering on a K-1 Visa today" and he looked at me and said "what?" and I told him again, and he said "What's a K-1?" and turned to the person in the booth in front of him, and said "This woman claims to be entering on a K-1 Visa what's that?" and the other man had more experience and said "Just make sure she knows she has 90 days to marry" and he said "excuse me" while opening my brown envelope. Then he left me for 5 minutes and came back. He typed stuff on his computer while repeatedly glancing at my passport and my visa.

He asked me some questions, like who's your fiancé, how did you meet, how many times have you met, is 3 times enough to marry? with a light grin on his face. He then told me to look into the camera and then do my fingerprints. He then stamped my I-94 into my passport and said "you're done" without telling me where to go so I had to ask him. He seemed annoyed by that but didn't say anything, then typed more things into the computer as I left. Then I went to baggage claim, and when I was done with that I showed the woman at customs #2 my passport, visa and my customs declaration form, she said "thank you" and let me through.
