Our interview was scheduled July 22, 2010 @ 9:00am. We got to the US embassy at 8:10am. The lady with the clipboard asked for DS156, DS156k, DS157, my fiance's passport pics, the appointment letter and the visa receipt. Once we were inside, we waited for our number to be called. Once it was called. He was asked the following:
Have you ever traveled to US?
When did you meet your fiance?
The second time, third time, fourth time and so forth
My child's name and dob?
who does he live with in Jamaica?
Then the IO asked me:
when did we meet?
the dates when I traveled to Jamaica?
His child's name?
After the interview, he asked for my fiance's passport and stated that his passport has been approved.
Please keep in mind to bring the following evidence: Phone history, W2 2008 & W2 2009 tax papers, bank statements, employment offer letter, pictures, receipt of the engagement ring, paystubs (at least three months).
