So when I got to the pre-clearance section 2. hours before takeoff, I was faced with a huge crowd. This was due to 5 US-bound flights leaving in the next 2 hours, with mine being the last. A little bit of a wait on my POE, it was a busy day, but the staff were professional, although a little cold. Dealt with my case quickly and efficiently once they took it in, but I was a little bit nervous about the length of time it was taking.
