I have been struggling with this process since 2004. I applied then, go an EAD, starting working while I wait. Got and interview, got denied because the interviewer said we were missing divorce papers from previous marriage for my spouse. ( Which we had already submitted with original application. ) I had a wonderful job, lost it all. I applied again in
08/04/2007 awaiting EAD, so I can go back to my old employer and the waiting is very fustrating.
