Hello friends. I’m a January Filer for a K1 Fiance Visa in the Philippines and should soon receive my NOA2 on whether or not my petition is approved. This is a question for anyone out there who has gone through this process before but I heard that when if your petition is approved and you receive your NOA2 that you will receive the packet for the Affidavit of Support from USCIS in the mail. Also I heard that when the form is completed that it needs to be sent to the beneficiary so she (or he) can present it at her embassy interview. Please tell if this is correct, I will welcome all opinions and answers. I appreciate your help and support and I hope to do the same for you. Thank you.
