We met in the summer of 2008 at a coffee shop I frequented while he was in the states on a student visa. We were briefly introduced by a mutual friend of ours that evening and later found our paths crossing again when we both attended the going away party of another friend. After spending all of the party chatting together the following day he rang me up to go out with him and some of his school mates. We hit it off and before I knew it my car was packed and we were moving to Texas where some of his family lived (after having been granted an extension on his visa). We lived in Texas for a year and when his Visa ran up we made our way to Dublin . We've lived here for over a year now and have decided to get married and move back to the US so I can finish school and we can hopefully get steady jobs and possibly buy a home of our own. =)
