So I'm getting the last bit of evidence down.

I won't have any affidavits from people that knows us so I think I want to include a will from WillsCenter to bolster our position (it's also the right thing to do but if I had time I would have sat down with a Barrister really). The way I structured the will lives real properties with my children (both from Ex Wife and current Wife) but all cash with Wife. Will this division look odd to USCIS or are they just simply and primarily looking for inclusion of my current Wife in the will?

Also the only bit of information that spanned two years are the income tax filing on the transcripts and adding her to the rental agreement. Oh and the kid I guess came a year after she arrived so we have a birth certificate to toss in there. We have a recent car loan, bank account, yadi yada

Thanks.
