ELIS SYSTEM..Dumb Question.

1 post in this topic

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone,

I am preparing to pay the Green Card fee for my wife and stepdaughter, but in the instructions it says that no one can pay for you.

My question is, when I am signing up for an account on the ELIS system, am I entering MY name as the PETITIONER, or HER name as the visa recipient.?

Accordingly this would affect all the rest of the information that you would enter on the system.

I am afraid to sign up as my wife, who is still in South America, yet use my American credit card or bank account to pay for their visas!

What do you guys think, and Thank You for the help.
