Got a problem with my fiance's deployment

Hi everyone.

So my fiance is in army and stationed in Texas while i'm in Korea. And he was supposed to get deployed for Kuwait in the end of June.

We filed our petition in April and got NOA1 in 14th April. Our original plan was that he prepare all the papers and documents needed before he leaves and I proceed whole thing while he's gone. And i was gonna visit him early June to spend the vacation with him.

I've just found a little mistake on my G-325a and i'm sure we'll get RFE. I've seen many cases of who got RFE and think it's not a huge deal.

But the problem is my fiance told me he's moved to another company so he might get to leave very soon like in couple of weeks and he's not sure if he can take vacation which he filed to current company.

What if i got RFE of our petition while he's gone, what can i do? Are all documenta always sent by the petitioner and his signature will be needed?

I heard there is a time limit to send the new documents after you get RFE. Can I extend the deadline?

I've already booked the flight tickets. And he's not sure anything yet but want to be prepare for the worst scenario.

Please help. Thank you
