I don’t even know I feel like my attorney is not very knowledgeable on that. He told me again that he contacted USCIS and I have to submit I-944 and that the form is a little complicated to give him more days. Moving forward he got back to me but I’m not confident that the elements he’s requiring me are enough since it seems to be very different than how other firm handle the form.
