Received RFE after responding to NOID
Does receiving a straightforward RFE months after responding to a NOID mean the NOID's listed concern(s) were properly addressed by me?
Some background: On July 26, 2021 I responded to the NOID for I-485 (INA 212(a)(6)(C)(i) listed as reason) with proof that a misrepresentation did not occur. In September I contacted the CIS Ombudsman for case assistance since I hadn't received anything further from USCIS. 3 weeks after contacting the Ombudsman I received a RFE just for a new Civil S
Just got my x-ray results from Kaiser today and they are clear but since the blood test was positive I was prescribed Rifampin 300 mg for the Latent TB.
But looks like the CS should still be able to go ahead and complete the I-693: https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/civil-surgeons/tuberculosis.html "The civil surgeon can treat these applicants for LTBI or refer them for treatment elsewhere, but the applicants do not have to complete treatment before they are medically cleared
