If your spouse is the agent then you write:

You can also scan and attach the actual DS-3032 form signed by the beneficiary. If you do so just add: P.S. I have also attached the signed copy of the DS-3032 Choice of Agent form.

It is not required to attached the scanned form. So if it takes a while for you to get it signed, then I suggest you don't waste time and just send the email and not worry about attaching the form. MAKE SURE YOU SEND THE EMAIL FROM BENEFICIARY'S EMAIL ADDRESS
