Hi all - I've been finding opposing answers to this, so I thought I'd ask (I apologize in advance for being redundant).

We're ready to send our AOS packet (AOS from K1 visa). Can I confirm that I don't need to send at this time copies of marriage photos, joint bank accounts and joint health insurance? In some threads I see that I should send and in others no (this is necessary at interview only). the AOS from K 1 visa guide on this forum mentions nothing of these evidences. And yes, we are sending certified copies of our marriage certificate.

1/28/2019........Received text from USCIS with case received information and receipt number

1/28/2019........Bank check was cashed 

3/4/2019..........Submitted e-request for non-delivery of receipt notice

3/15/2019........Received email confirmation that a duplicate receipt was in its way

3/23/2019.........Received 18 month extension letter in the mail

7/5/2019...........Biometrics completed

3/11/2020........Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview Status Online. As of 4/13 we have not received any notifications

Yup, no relationship evidence beyond the marriage certificate is necessary.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Yup, no relationship evidence beyond the marriage certificate is necessary.

I sent a photocopy (regular simple copy) of my certified marriage certificate.

July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

I am preparing for AOS also. One of my VJ friends suggests putting in some bonafide marriage documents to eliminate interviewing (It worked for them..coincidence maybe). IDK if that works or not but I am planning to include some bonafide marriage evidence in my packet. We will see.

I am preparing for AOS also. One of my VJ friends suggests putting in some bonafide marriage documents to eliminate interviewing (It worked for them..coincidence maybe). IDK if that works or not but I am planning to include some bonafide marriage evidence in my packet. We will see.

Coincidence! I know of quite a few members that have been approved without interview with just the basic AOS package (adjusting from K1).

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

We sent everything this morning. Decided not to send proof of Bonafide marriage, but could have sent wedding photos, proof of join bank accounts and joint health insurance.

I thought about this, too. What are you planning on sending, if I may ask?

A few wedding pics, account statements with his name, my insurance benefit page listing him, my pension beneficiary statement showing him as beneficiary.... still working on it but I think that's about it.
