It's been weeks now but USCIS status page shows validation error "status case does not recognize". I already got a hard copy of NOA and a letter for biometric appointment.

Is case status not updating anymore??????????

I've had this happening since our case was accepted on November 8th with no luck still. Called customer service center for USCIS several times and always get the same answer - five to seven months to process, and there's a glitch in the online case status system. Anyone else having trouble? Or has the issue been resolved yet for anyone that was having trouble?
