Maybe... The only person that can truly answer your question is the USCIS. You will either to make some phone calls or write some "excellent" letters.

yes you can, you can interview in any country you are legally resident in. Just let them know next time you send in a round of documents.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

When next time, see we have filled K1 Petition, n we are on Initial stage as i told first, after approval they will send to NVC...so should we call to NVC then or what????????????????/
