Who is dependent in affidavit ??

Timeline

Anyone know if a child does not live with his father is considered dependent. My boyfriend sends child support but do not claim it on taxes. Requirimos to know if we need a co-sponsor. Thank you for your help.

Timeline

Any offspring under the age 18 are fully dependant unless the biological parent has had their right terminated. It does not matter who the child lives with or who claims the child on taxes. Children over 18 that you still choose to support are the partial dependants.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
