; Hey you!! :innocent:

I'm an October filer and yes, I am also waiting for my NOA2  (hopefully this March).

Anyways, I visit my American fiance every 2 months... That's quit often, and I haven't accured any problems after I obtained a B1 vistors visa(knocking on wood!!!!).

My last visit was last December 30th up to January 5th. And I am going back to the US in 2 weeks for a whole month. (though, I am more nervous now since I've been there last month).

OK.. I got some tips for you.. Bring the following documents with you:

* copy of you I-129f package

* copy of your NOA1

* letter from your employer (company letter head) stating your employer approved your request for holiday and when you have to be back to work -dated&signed-.

* salary specifications or enough money with you, because they want to make sure you can support yourself during your trip. And it actually shows that you have an income.

* return ticket

* and maybe you can show them like a letter stating your rent, car lease, etc.

The things above I mentioned are strong ties...

Last but not least, ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY WITH YOUR LOVE (L)

If you are the petitioner visiting the country of the beneficiary, you don't need to bring anything regarding your K1.

I second that. As far as AUS is concerned, you are just there visiting. When you re-enter the states, you'll be a citizen just returning home, so nothing other than your passport is what you need.

Otherwise, be prepared to take lots of pictures together. These will be helpful come interview time. If you have the chance to get some photos with his family, I'd recommend that too. It's all great evidence of your relationship!

Have a lovely trip and enjoy your time together!

K1 TIMELINE:

01-24-2008 = Sent I-129F to CSC

01-29-2008 = NOA1 Issued

05-28-2008 = NOA2 (125 days after NOA1)

06-02-2008 = NOA2 Hardcopy received; NVC received petition

06-04-2008 = NVC sent package to Costa Rica

06-10-2008 = Embassy received

06-13-2008 = Picked up Packet 3

06-25-2008 = Interview (28 days after NOA2)

07-05-2008 = Home to the U.S. together!

09-20-2008 = Wedding!

AOS/EAD/AP TIMELINE:

10-15-2008 = Sent giant packet to Lockbox

10-22-2008 = NOA1's Issued

11-04-2008 = RFE on AOS only: need birth certificate, ORIGINAL was taken at interview. GRRR

11-24-2008 = Biometrics

12-22-2008 = Mailed RFE packet back

01-02-2009 = AOS processing resumed

01-16-2009 = Service Request filed for EAD (90 days with no news)

01-27-2009 = EAD and AP approved (102 days after NOA1's)

03-12-2009 = AOS Interview, APPROVED!

REMOVING CONDITIONS TIMELINE:

02-18-2011 = Sent packet to CSC

02-22-2011 = NOA1 Issued

03-21-2011 = Biometrics

04-26-2011 = APPROVED!

DONE WITH USCIS FOR 10 YEARS!!

When I was in the visa process as the petitioner, I would never have left home for more than a couple days without all my paperwork with me, in case something came up but you won't need anything but your passport a plane ticket and some luggage in order to get into Australia. We got an NOA2 email notice during one of my visits to China. Came to my Blackberry.

You, as the petitioner, can go anywhere you like while the K-1 is pending.

Take good photos, even though your K-1 is already submitted, because the beneficiary can use them at the interview as evidence of a continuing relationship. And give her copies of your travel docs, like boarding passes and passport stamps, for the same purpose.
