I think we've got everything finished up. Before we send I'd like to get opinions. This is an actual copy/paste of our cover letter. Thanks guys! If all goes well, will mail this week.

Re: I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Status, for my lovely husband, A# xxx-xxx-xxx

Dear USCIS examiner:

Please find enclosed the I-751 Joint Petition for Removal of Conditions for husband. Attached is a check for $590 to cover the fees for both the form I-751 and biometrics. We have also enclosed the following documents to verify our marital status and ongoing relationship:

• Form I-751 with addendum showing a previous address

• Confirmation number from AR-11 dated 11/13/09

• Copy of “Green Card” (Form I-551) front and back

The following bona-fide marriage evidence:

• 3 leases (front and signature pages) dated 10/23/08, 10/21/09, 9/24/10

• Two IRS transcripts for tax periods ending 12/31/08, 12/31/09

• Bank statements:

 Checking account statements from dates: 4/28/09-5/18/09, 9/24/09-10/26/09, 3/24/10-4/25/10 8/25/10-9/22/10 11/23/10-12/26/10. Full statements are submitted to show use of the account. Also submitted are the forms adding husband to account dated 5/7/09, and a page showing a transfer of funds from MIL on 5/13/10.

 ING savings account statements from: 6/30/09, 12/31/09, 5/31/10, 11/30/10. Also submitted is a page showing the opening of a joint CD on 12/11/10.

• American Funds page showing that husband has been beneficiary on account since 12/2008.

• Discover Credit card information, including a letter showing husband added as secondary account holder on 7/31/09, copies of our cards, and a printout of the account page showing husband as secondary account holder.

• Car insurance showing addition of husband to the policy on 5/8/09. Also submitted are pages showing the addition of his car 10/21/09, and renewal pages from 3/12/10, 9/11/10.

• Life insurance policy showing husband as beneficiary, and a page showing that we have shared renters insurance.

• Verizon Wireless email from 12/11/10 showing a family plan starting 6/17/09, and addition of husband as account manager 4/3/10, statements from due dates 7/23/09, 11/23/09, 1/23/10, 7/23/10, 12/23/10 are submitted to show use of both phone lines.

• Joint gym membership starting 8/6/09.

• Affidavit from friend.

• Reservations from a trip taken to New York in May 2010.

• Various items showing a shared address, including driver licenses, emails to wife from husband's mother, and cards and mail to both of us.

• Photo album from trips spanning the marriage.

Two things I didn't see (but may not be necessary since your evidence IMO looks solid) ..any utilities for your residence in both names, joint medical coverage.

As for the utilities, the few we have either wouldn't allow 2 names on the account, or would require us to totally stop service and restart again with 2 names on the account. We didn't think it was worth it. And we have no medical insurance. :(

No worries, people have been accepted with a lot less evidence.. same here, we didn't include any utility bills either (it's secondary evidence anyways) as we don't have any utility bills lol

N400 Timeline:

02/06/12 - Received yellow letter (pre-interview case file review)

04/25/12 - Placed in line for oath scheduling (so I'm approved yay!)

04/27/12 - Received oath ceremony date

05/09/12 - Oath ceremony!!
