Comments : Well, it has been a long process with a denial as the end result. First our original interview date was 5/2/2011, the paperwork was sent to the wrong home address in morocco and never forwarded. They consulate rescheduled. When my fiance went for the interview, he brought all our evidence with him, but none was even looked at. The officer who appeared to be american asked many questions about my previous marriage and his previous marriage. Then when he asked my fiance the birthdays of my children (which under pressure I could forget)he became nervous and could not remember. At this point the officer denied his visa and said he was sending it back to US. We have an attorney and honestly that does not necessarily mean anything, did not help us either way. The attorney said that at this point the paperwork will be sent back to the United States and reasons why the visa was rejected. At that point one of three things will happen, they will ask for additional proof, they will reschedule an appointment or they will deny based on officers comments and we will have to start all over again. We are both very exhausted and taking a breather for the upcoming journey.
