Event Description

Embassy Review : AOS interview. Charlotte building is very nice. Lined up outside before interview and went through security. Sat in a waiting room until called by officer within 10 minutes. Had interview at window in waiting room. Officer very courteous and efficient. Just basic questions about DOB, address, how we met, etc. Nothing hard or invasive. Officer did not request any additional information or want to see originals or more photos. Officer informed us case was approved and congratulated us at end of interview. Overall, good experience except for the long wait to get here
Harassment Level : Very Good

Hi there! I saw the post you created on the forum about contacting your Senator and I think it is a great job to encourage people to take some action! I saw you have your interview date set already. Did anything change? We were contacting my embassy in Poland because of the health issue my fiance have however- it seem like they totally don't care. Did London Embassy started to have normal interviews scheduled?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
