Have you tried scheduling your visa interview on ustraveldocs.com? Not sure if that's a possibility in HK or if the Consulate assigns the interview date.

No. I think we need to have the email notice/instructions from the HK-Macau Consulate before we can schedule the medical and the interview appointments.

Michael & Tom, The following is the direct quote from the HK Consulate Web site on the process. "After applicants return required forms to the Immigrant Visa Unit, staff will send the applicant an email with instructions on next steps, including scheduling a medical examination, and scheduling their IV interview appointment. All IV appointments are scheduled through the Global Support Services (GSS) platform. Please see also instructions relating to the medical examination process (PDF 192 KB)."
