Comments : After a very chaotic busy day starting at 4 am to catch my flight to Montreal..my flight was late by 20 min , thus missing my first shuttle bus, very fast paced walk up hill t blocks to pick up my medical records..run back down hill 5 blocks to the consolate ...to run into 17 people ahead of me... wet, cold and out of breath I did the security screening and up to the 19th floor...I didn't wait long because I was late, the officers were kind, patient and understanding . .they asked questions, I having to explain further on a few, I cried HAPPY tears when he said, "WELCOME TO AMERICA".... ITS been 2 years to the day David proposed..and 13 months through this leg of our visa journey... After alot of anguish, confusion, research and questions to this remarkable site, I can finally breathe and know our life of limbo and travelling, skyping and texting is done. Thank you again to everyone for their support. Good luck to the many still to pass through

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
