Hi, congrats on your current progress at the NVC stage. Can you confirm that you received your case number in ~7 weeks after NVC receipt? Such a long wait time :( It's been 5 weeks for me and no news on a case number being created.

Thank you! NVC received my case from USCIS on 5/24 and i got the case number on 6/26 and took about a week for the payment stage. I emailed NVC to confirm they received the file but at that time they told me no case # was assigned yet,

Thank you for your quick reply. Hoping since it's taken a little longer for me to get my case number that it's coming soon. I also had to call NVC to confirm receipt of the file but was told no case # assigned at the time. Best of luck on getting dq/cc soon after you submit all your docs!

I hope so too for you! The wait is so frustrating! And thank you I just submitted everything today :)

Congrats for CC, Wishing you luck, and please keep updating us. The beneficiary is Syrian and I can't wait to hear what happens when a Syrian interviews now after the new automated system is in place. Thanks in advance! Amman Embassy is not working fast, so I am predicting you will interview before me.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
