  1. Hello guys! Good day! Do you guys think that it’s inadmissible for not having a vaccination record? My vaccination card got misplaced, I don’t have any history of my vaccination in childhood with me right now. does anyone have an idea what should I do?
  2. Hi! I had an MMR shot but not from St. Lukes Extension Clinic in Manila. I brought a document signed by my local doctor and the doctor at SLEC acknowledged it. I noticed that on my DS-3025 there was no check mark on the MMR and only a date for when I had my MMR shot from my local doctor. There was no Blanket Waiver or code. Does this mean during AOS, I need to fill out an I-693 and have a USCIS accredited Civil Surgeon make an official form and say my MMR shot is valid?
  3. Good day guys! I was wondering if I need more vaccines on me. MY interview is soon-ish. The paper says that I voluntarily completed vaccination requirements but it doesn't have all of them for some reason. Also when I did my medical check back home it wasn't a flu season and now in the US it is. What do I do now? Is everything ok with my medical or I need to do a new one? I'm so confused. Thank you guys in advance
  4. I’m from the Philippines and I’m traveling to the US next month. I read that an IPV (Inactive Polio Vaccine) is needed? And an International Vaccine Certificate from the Bureau of Quarantine should be issued to be presented to the Immigration Officer? if so, where can we get this vaccine? Is the Bureau of Quarantine the only administering agency? Or can we get vaccinated elsewhere? if we get the vaccine elsewhere, how can we get this International Vaccine Certificate from BOQ? Will they honor it?
  5. Hi. I was given an anti rabies shot for a cat scratch. Will it be a problem on my medical on St.Lukes or on my vaccinations? Will it cause delay? Please help. Thankyou in advance. 😊
  6. Disclaimer: Vaccines are a hot topic not looking to debate here, just need help with the waiver if possible lol... Here's the breakdown.. Pregnant Wife who also has Religious/Moral Objections to Vaccination: I've researched the specifics from USCIS and CDC and apparently it can be at the doctor's discretion.. and ultimately the CDC says many vaccines can still be given to pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers (our son may come before the interview) on the Immigrant Visa Application I answered "yes" to "do you have all the required vaccinations?" because she has a vaccine report from her youth. However, upon later inspection, this vaccine report does not contain all of the required vaccines. I've noticed a I-690 Waiver for Grounds of Inadmissibility.. where one can include a sworn affidavit, testimonies, and explanations of religious/moral objections to vaccination. If it IS possible to use this form... QUESTION 1: When/Where/and How would I submit it? at the interview? to the USCIS in the States? etc... QUESTION 2: what's the best way to explain the error made on the Immigrant Visa Application (if asked)?
  7. hey guys! I am at the stage of sending everything in to the NVC for my husbands I-130. he has to do his medical exams very soon. I know they have to show proof of vaccination records. the list of required vaccinations I found on the NVC website and the USCIS website differ from each other. has anybody gone through this just now and can confirm which ones will be required to show proof of or blood test to show proof of immunity. thank you!
  8. My fiancee and I are preparing her AOS after she came over on a k-1. I have one question regarding the DS-3025 form. When she received her physical in Sweden there was no Flu shot available (the country ran out) so they waived it, marking it F (Flu Vaccine Not Available). The physical occurred in December, which is during Flu season and when I believe the US requires the Flu shot (I read that they require it from October - March). My question is, if the physical was during Flu season, but the Flu vaccine was not given because Sweden didn't have it, and they waived it F, will that be sufficient? Thanks!
