My apologies, if this has been answered else here. I can't seem to find the information. I noticed that the dates on my Actual Notice of Action and what is on the USCIS website are different. Which date should I use on my timeline? For instance, on the uscis website it says my case was approved on 3/17/20 but Notice date on the physical letter says 3/13/20. What is the difference between those dates? I also filled out a G-1145 but I never got an email notification for my NOA2, However, I did get an email for NOA1(the dates were different as well). Is this normal? Thank you for your help.
Hello All, I am creating this topic to gain some knowledge of the process of getting my mother a PR here. She is currently in the US, and per USCIS, it does mention that i can concurrently submit I-130, and I-485. I have queries about the following, in hopes someone out-there can help me! 1. Should i submit both? or to be safe and cost effective should i use start with I-130? If i do only the I-130, will it impact her stay here? 2. Upon submission of one or both documentation, can she remain in the country or leave after 6 months of being here? 3. Is it possible to submit both documentations online? Appreciate your time and knowledge in this! Hope this thread will be helpful to other too!!
Greetings my name is Kevin, im currently in wait for my interview schedule NVC accepted all my files and told me that the interview will be held in bogota Colombia, being said does anyone no how long does it take or any estimate till NVC gives me a interview date? (NVC accept my case on 08/27/2019 and said to wait for an interview date!), does it take long since every process for Venezuelan citizens now have to go to bogota for interview?
Hey, I don’t want to sound stupid, but I’m totally confused. We just got the e-mail from NVC that they sent our documents, day later instead of in transit I see “ready” . So I think that I need to apply for medical and interview already, But we have an attorney with which I’m not happy ( I know he is busy, but reapplying more that week and saying do not rush all the time it’s quite annoying). So, after this “ready” what should I do? Attorney said we have to wait consulate to send paperwork back with asked financial docs (not necessary o134) , but as far as I know I need him just to file I-134 and send to me? so I will be able to bring it with me. Who schedules the interview me online, NVC, consulate? Will I get a massage at all about interview?
