Hi! We got an message from NVC teeling us about our tax transcripts how they are in one document (so we need to split them up). We sent the scanned paper transcripts from our preparer and just found out about the IRS site. I'm wondering which ones to upload? There are 4 documents per year: 1. Account Transcript 2. Record of Account 3. Tax Return Transcript 4. Wage and Income Which ones do I upload? Do I upload all of them? Thank you!
Hello Everyone! I’m new here and this is my first post. I’m under IR1 visa category. I have not set my IV interview (US Embassy Manila Philippines) due to the delay for sputum culture result. This has been bothering me a lot. I have my husbands 2018 TAX RETURN, 2018 W2, and 6 months pay stubs. However, everyone that I know has been discouraging me to use it during my interview and insisting that I should get the TAX TRANSCRIPTS. According to my husband, he tried to request it online but it requires a postpaid number. He also cannot have it mailed since he already moved to a new state. To those who already got approved only showing the petitioner’s TAX RETURNS instead of TAX TRANSCRIPTS, did the consul accept it or were you put on 221g asking for the petitioner’s IRS TAX TRANSCRIPTS? Thank you for your optimistic response.
I am in the process of gathering documents for NVC. When I go to the IRS Website to order Tax transcripts it gives me the option for a paper copy in the mail or a second option of having them e-mail. Of course by e-mail would be quicker and easier, I could just print and submit. I just want to make sure that theres no difference and NVC will still accept the printed e-mail versions. Thanks guys!
Hello, If petitioner of CR1 visa quits job and moves to spouse's home country (part way into visa waiting process) before the start of the new tax year is a co sponsor still necessary? or do the petitioner's tax transcripts suffice since it does show income? If petitioner finds another US based job that places them at or above minimum income requirements whilst living overseas will a cosponsor be needed? Thanks in advance
