Two different extended time

Hi. My temporary green card was expired on AUG 2018 and I went to a local USCIS office to get a stamp and got 1 year additional. ( My previous Green card was taken by an officer). A few days later, I got a letter from the USCIS that extends 1year and half of extension of my conditional resident which has to be along with my previous green card. But the issues are, 1. I don't have the previous green card that can have 1year and half extended time( the stamp on my passport will be expired 8 months earlier than the letter approved) 2. I also got a letter from USCIS that requires additional documents which evidence good faith of my marriage. My question is 1. How I can use the allowed 1year and half extended time without a previous green card? 2. Can I get another stamp on my passport if I can't get a permanent resident card within expired date on my stamp which is July 2019.( I just submitted additional documents) Please help -
Stolen greencard and filing for I-751

Hello, Note: We live in San Diego and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an infopass appointment. It's so frustrating but 365 days out of the year when I go online to make an appointment it says there's none available. So a few months back my husband had his greencard stolen (along with the entire wallet) and since we could not get an infopass appointment we just went down the the office before it closed and luckily someone of importance took pitty on us and answered our questions. We asked if we had to file the I-90 to get a new card or if we could just wait until we applied for his conditions to removed. He said we didn't have to file for the new card and we chose not to because we didn't want to spend the $500 when we knew we would just be applying for the I-751 a few months down the road. Well, now it's time to apply to remove those conditions but it says we need to send with our application a copy of the greencard front and back. We never scanned the greencard's back side. We only have a copy of the front. Do you think our application for I-751 is going to get denied if we do not send a copy of the back of the card? And now I am reading all of this info saying if you lose the card you HAVE to file for I-90 for a new card but we never did. Are we going to get in trouble for not filing for a new greencard when his last one was stolen? That man told us we didn't have to but I don't even know his name and now I am thinking he had no idea what he was talking about. If anyone knows or has been in this situation I would really grateful for any insight! Thank you!
