  1. Hi Friends, Our AOS interview was supposed to be in mod February but it got cancelled just three days before the interview date. We received the notice letter stating the interview was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Four days later the status was updated to "Interview was Scheduled" but yesterday again the status updated to "Interview Cancelled" and later to "Case ready to schedule for an interview". This is the third time in four months that the case status changed to "Case ready to schedule for an interview". I called the USCIS customer care but they have the standard answer that you will receive the notice. I don't wanna raise any kinda request with tier 2 officer cause I feel it will probably delay more. I am getting anxious now. Has such a thing happened to anyone here? Thanks.
  2. Hi Friends, Are there any May or June 2019 AOS filers who has Denver, CO as their Field Office and still haven't received their AOS interview date? Thanks!
  3. Hi, We placed an expedited request for work authorization and have been asked by USCIS to fax documents to support our request. They gave us a fax number in the email and we tried to send the documents to the given fax number; however, every time it gives a failed message. We tried multiple times. Wanted to know the USCIS fax number from ppl who had placed an expedited request and successfully sent their documents via fax. Thanks
  4. Hi friends, Does anyone know what role the "Priority Date" play in Adjustment of Status (AOS) if you were a K1 visa applicant? Does your AOS interview date depends on your Priority Date? If yes, then how does it work? Thanks
  5. Hi, I entered US in May 2019 on K1 visa and have already applied for AOS after getting married. My I-94 expired in early August. When I went to DMV for a driving permit and submitted all the required documents including the NOA for submitting my AOS, they said that they cannot issue a driving permit to me as my I-94 is expired and the SAVE system doesn't verify my status. They raised a request to SAVE and gave me a verification code to check online. I received a mail that my current status in SAVE is "Not Verified" and I cannot be issued a DL, ID, or Permit. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Will the current status be changed to "Verified" and if yes then how long does it take?
