Guys I want to find it that while filing for K3, am I supposed to write N/A in every black space that there will be in the form? It will kind of look absurd, like for the middle names etc, there will be so many N/As in the form. Is this the right way Im doing? attached in the pictures below? W

My writing in the lines provided on the form, is this enough and OK? Would appreciate some feedback. Thanks "we were living together in qatar from oct2021 to June2022. We also traveled together to india in March 2022. Additional information and evidence of 5 year in-person relationship attached in filing." We will be attaching our lease agreement & rent receipt copies which have our names on it, passport stamps & boarding pass of India travel as evidence for the 2year time frame. We will also be including similar documentation and photos of our 5 years together in Qatar, as evidence for bona-fide relationship.

Hi, apologies if this has been asked before, but I could only find 1 thread on this and both a "yes" and a "no" answer to the question. We are filling the I-129F form now, and part 2 item 2 asks for beneficiary's a number (if any). My fiance was in the US 6 yrs ago on an f1 student visa. Would the A number assigned to her back then on that f1 visa be what goes into the i129f part 2 item 2 Beneficiary A number?? Anyone who was in the same boat before, what did you do? Thanks

Hello everyone, I need some serious help with sending this out again. So my partner got a letter back from the USCIS stating that he needs to resend the petition with the correct information (missed signature). The petition he sent was all stapled together and it says to "attach the letters" to the front of the new package. The problem is that we discovered that one of our pages in the original petition wasn't printed correctly (after sending) at all due to Cyrillic letters and its all in gibberish. Another thing, he had to move unexpectedly during this timeframe so we had to completely remake the i129F form with all the updated information. My question is: What are we supposed to do?? Resend the new petition with everything changed and attach the letter he got back along with it? Is this supposed to be declared with the USCIS before we do it (because it has new info that wasn't present before)? He couldn't reach anyone over the phone, they didn't reply to my emails either. I've attached the notice for further context.
