    My fiance and I received our packet 3 via email from the US embassy in Haiti. The affidavit of support form was not one of the requested forms. I've called and ask if we should bring it to the interview they said they have everything they requested. Has any recent 2019 petitioners have a similar experience.

    Hi all, Our k1 visa application recently got passed from the NVC to the consulate in UK. After I got notification from NVC, I looked at the instructions to take and was under the impression I could submit the DS-160. I did that but afterwards I looked at the instructions and was told by NVC that I should wait for the consulate to contact me when they receive my application. Is that correct? Will there be any problem that I submitted the DS-160 before the consulate received my application? Also, I wanted to ask how the embassy will contact me. Will it be via email, letter or both? I'm pretty sure the embassy has received my application now as I was tracking it on the DHL website. Is there anything I can do in the meantime, or should I just wait? Thanks!
