I have interview for Eb3 (AOS). I was on dependents of the worker’s visa! 3 years ago my spouse renewed his visa on the border and then his lawyer wanted to renew my visa also! My visa at that time was valid for at least 2 years! So she made a mistake and sent his old visa so because that my extension was not approved and then we filed again with his current visa! So I got my visa extension approval after that . When I filled the 485 I put answered no for the question “ Have you ever been rejected visa?”, because on that time the lawyer told me your visa extension was not approved not rejected and my original visa was valid,so I don’t know on interview when the officer asks me about this question what should I answer him? -
Hi, i wrote a request letter to the embassy in order to expedite my immigrant visa case because I am a healthcare worker, Luckily, they approved it and I am waiting for the schedule. Is there anyone who is in the same situation as mine? PD July 2019 DQ March 2021 eb3 consulate in Montreal

We’ve received DQ email in November 9th, my wife is a nurse, and our visa is EB3, as in the London embassy website says to contact NVC to expedite if healthcare professionals, we requested twice and we’ve been denied saying that they cannot expedite because they’re doing by the list. We know that before October they were granted some expedite for healthcare professionals. So I would like to know if someone requested expedite after October and have been accepted. And if someone has the interview scheduled already, when have been DQ. -
Hey Everyone, We are waiting on an interview for our EB-3 visa in London. Curious if anyone has seen any movement in employment based visa interviews since the proclamation (pp10014) was recently rescinded? Thanks, Kyle

Hi, is there anyone here who is waiting for their DQ and interview in Montreal for EB3? I am a medical professional.. so I believe i am exempted to the ban. I submitted all my civil documents this Jan. how long should I wait? Thank u so much!

Hello Everyone, I had a EB Green Card question. I completed my masters in USA. Before that I had 1 year of experience. My first job in states had original job requirement of Bachelors with 2-5 years of experience (No masters degree required was mentioned). I have been working with this company (my current employer) for around 5 years now. Recently, the employer started my Green Card Process. However, while finalizing the PERM description with my manager. He based my category in EB3. My question is does this job qualify for EB2? When I asked for clarification the HR department said as No Masters was said to be required by my manager they based me on EB3. However, the job description has 2-5 experience requirement in academic or professional setting (but without masters).
