My wife due to her medical expedite was given a yellow paper. This meant that she was able to get her visa one hour after her interview. We crossed later this afternoon at the Zaragoza bridge. It took her an hour and a half to cross into El Paso due to the lack of agents to file new resident paperwork. I don’t recommend crossing at Zaragoza in Juarez because there is a charge of 3.50 dollars to come and go into Mexico.
