Children entered and was told they could not find all the paperwork from Kingston, Jamaica in the system. I was then told that children will have to redo their medical I-693 an resubmit the information the CBP Field office where I live. I was not given a I564 or anything for the disposition of this issue. Only I-94 with a July date to get medical completed. I contacted Denver CBP Field Office as this is where I live. The CBP Office could not understand what Baltimore told me and the Defferred Inspeciton Officer looked up everything and he could find all the paperwork. I went for 2nd Inspection and presented to Officer everything that Baltimore gave me. He had to call Baltimore and talk to Supervisor about this. Eventually everything was resolved and updated so their entry day was changed and they are good to go.

I never had a problem with entering the US at the BWI Airport in Washington. My expierences as k1 and also esta holder was always pleasant.
One tip: try to sit in the first rows of the plane, so youre one of the first people going through immigration. If youre using WOW-Air, the plane always arrives as the only one, so the immigration lines are kinda small.
Esta:
- automated process
- officer asks: how long are you gonna stay, what are you doing here?
- I always told them "visiting my fiance" and never had a problem!
K1:
- visas and trusted travelers are on the right side
- gave officer my passport and the package
- he took fingerprints of my right hand and took a picture
- then i needed to go to the secondary and was waiting for about 5 minutes by myself
- two officers entered and were already like "oh its just a k1", i guess they expected something else
- question was: when will you get married? i said: idk yet, but within the next 90 days
- passport was stamped, one of them told me i have time to marry until may and thats it

Everyone was very helpful and all questions are mainly the same from what the consulate asked.

Custom Officer asked basic questions about my relationship: how, when and where we met. Slightly delayed waiting due to the person ahead of me. I did not bring any food with me so that made the process faster I'm sure. javascript:emoticon('')

My fiancé (K1 Visa) and I flew into the States through Baltimore (from Europe on WOWAir!) and found the PoE experience completely fine and pleasant. We went through what was possibly the slowest line (for visa holders) with only one officer working the booth. We handed him the packet and both of our passports, he did some typing, called someone over and we were pulled into (a very musty and clearly seldomly used) secondary screening. There the second officer took the "DO NOT OPEN" packet and asked us if we had any wedding plans solidified, we told him yes and he asked us a few questions about details. He then informed us about the 90-day rule and the fact that we needed to get our AOS in before the visa ran out otherwise my fiancé would be Out Of Status. He stamped everything and wished us well as we were shown out of secondary.
Very pleasant entry!
