Our experience at the Tucson office was great. We were let in about 15 minutes after our appointment time and then the whole interview took about 50 minutes. Officer Pineda was soooo nice. She asked us if we wanted to do the interview in English or Spanish and we said Spanish since my husband only speaks Spanish. The whole thing felt like a conversation. She asked us about how we met, our wedding, and our plans. She reviewed each part of our I-485 and asked him to confirm the answers he had put down. She asked if there was anything we wanted to add to our file and we gave her a few things. At the end of the interview, she let us know that she was recommending us for approval and that his temporary residence should arrive in 2-4 weeks. It arrived less 6 days later!

I accompanied a fried for a replacement of her naturalization certificate.
Although the forms are online and pretty self-explanatory, the guy was SO NICE. He went through most of it, looked up her A-Number to make sure she was in the system and wrote some kind of letter that we had been there to inquire (which unfortunately did not impress the MVD, but nice try).
It was a really good experience!

Went with baby and lawyer. IO just confirmed info on the application. took about 15 min and approved on the spot

Our interview was scheduled at 9am. We arrived 830am and called for interview at 930am.
IO just confirmed our info on the application. Interview was very brief and IO did not ask us additional evidence. We took 8 mo baby with us to the interview. Also our lawyer was with us during the interview.Interview lasted about 15 min. IO told us our case was approved at the end of the interview however it took a day to update on USCIS status website.
Everything went smoother than what we expected before the interview.
