Arrived 15min early. Received my visitors badge at entrance.
Went through security - had to turn off my phone and leave it (they store it and give you a card with number to retrieve it after). Went through with only my stack of documents in a folder. You then proceed to another consular building.
Went to register at window 2, they take all the documents listed in the checklist. Then had to wait ~30min to be called for the interview.
The CO was very nice and friendly, which helped it feel more of a chat than interview. Everything was in order, so the visa was approved and to be mailed to me in 1- 1.5 weeks.

Make sure to have the correct size photos. They do not let you bring any electronics so everything needs to be printed!

Overall positive experience. They only asked for the tax return/w2 for the affidavit of support.

Overall a positive experience. Embassy is very responsive to emails. The P3 leaves some unanswered questions, and embassy may or may not clarify them for you. Like do you bring cash? If so, dollars or euros? Online payment portal is not used, which leads to confusion. They don't want anything emailed to them at all prior to interview. However, if something is slightly wrong with papers you bring, they will give you the opportunity to fix following the interview, which is appreciated.
Applicant dealt with two people, one who collected the documents (somewhat abrasive) and one who conducted the interview (very professional and pleasant)

Had a very good experience at the Embassy. Arrived about 15 minutes early, so they decided to start me early since there wasn't a single soul in the room but me. Had to go through security before that, left all my electronics there. The CO was very friendly and made me feel less nervous. Asked a few questions, like "how did you meet?", "what do your parents think of him?", "what does he do for a living?". Arrived at 9:15 am, left at 9:45 am. So technically, the interview itself lasted less than 15 minutes.

The interview took about half an hour. The Consul was friendly. Also asked when we were planning a wedding and so on.
